This season, he's tallied a goal and three assists through 28 games played. The 6-1, 190 lbs forward is committed to the University of Wisconsin.
"Josh has a great opportunity ahead with us," said Hull. "We are excited to build a relationship with him."
The Stars would like to join Coach Chupp and Jon Hull in thanking Devlin for his time with the team and his commitment to the Stars both on and off the ice. They wish him well in his future, in hockey and beyond.
