McCabe is in his second year in the USHL and with the Stars. Named assistant captain back in December, the '00-born skater has tallied seven goals and 20 points through 38 games in 2018-19. Last season, the University of Minnesota-Duluth commitment played 66 games between the regular season and playoffs, scoring 16 goals and 19 assists.

"We're proud of Devlin's time here in Lincoln," said Stars head coach Cody Chupp. "His development in his maturity has shown in his year and a half with us. "He's become a great leader on and off the ice, and we wish him nothing but the best."

"Dev, has grown a lot here in Lincoln," added Stars GM Jon Hull. "We know he will be an asset to Sioux City down the stretch. We are appreciative of his efforts here and wish him well."

Josh Bohlin heads to the Stars with an experienced resume. Like McCabe, Bohlin is in his second year in the USHL. Through 50 games with Cedar Rapids in 2017-18, he recorded two goals and 13 points. This season, he's tallied a goal and three assists through 28 games played. The 6-1, 190 lbs forward is committed to the University of Wisconsin.

"Josh has a great opportunity ahead with us," said Hull. "We are excited to build a relationship with him."

The Stars would like to join Coach Chupp and Jon Hull in thanking Devlin for his time with the team and his commitment to the Stars both on and off the ice. They wish him well in his future, in hockey and beyond.
