Q: What is the age requirement for children’s tickets?
A: The Lincoln Stars requires children 2 and up to purchase their own seat to have a ticket for entry.
Q: I lost/destroyed my tickets. What should I do?
A: We can often reprint or reissue your tickets at The Stars Box Office. If you lost or believe they have been stolen, please contact us so we can replace your tickets with a new bar code and block the previous ones. Call or visit The Stars Box Office as soon as you know you have misplaced the tickets at 402-474-7827.
Q: How do I get to the arena?
A: The Lincoln Stars play at the Ice Box located on Innovation Campus in Lincoln, NE

Q: How much does parking cost?
A: Parking is free for all fans with tickets to Lincoln Stars games. There might be conflicting events with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln events. We do have parking attendants at every game to assist you.
Q: What size bag can I bring into the arena?
A: We have no clear bag policy in effect. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Q: Where is the Stars Fan Relations table located?
A: Fan Relations is located in the South concourse right by the main doors and the ticket office.
Q: It’s my friend's birthday. Can it get announced?
A: Definitely! Head to the Fan Relations table and submit your birthday announcement request. It must be submitted before the second period starts. 
Q: What time do the doors open?
A: Doors open one hour prior to puck drop.
Q: What is the temperature inside the arena?
A: You can expect the temperature during hockey season to be a bit cooler than usual. After all, you're sitting around a huge sheet of ice!

Q: Is there a Lincoln Stars App?
A: Yes! It's available for download on the Google and Apple Stores. 
Q: Where can I watch/listen to the Stars if I cannot attend in person?
A: Our games can be watched on Hockey TV, and you can listen on Mixlr.
Q: Are there children/Military/student discounts?
A: We only have these discounts for certain games. Keep your eye out on our social media to catch all our ticket deals.
Q: Are there spaces for handicap and places for families near them?
A: Yes, but we have very limited spaces. Call our ticket office at (402) 474-7827 ext. 1 for assistance. 
Q: How can my child ride the Zamboni or participate in intermission games?
A: Kids can sign up at fan relations upon arrival at the game. Everything is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Q: Can I get a refund on my tickets if I can no longer attend?
A: We have a no refund policy. No exceptions will be made. If you cannot attend, you may switch tickets to another game by calling the box office at (402) 474-7827 ext. 1.
Q: Are there food and drink specials for the games?
A: Yes! We always have great food and drink specials for every game. Keep your eyes on our social media and we will keep you posted. 
Q: What are the Arena Policies?
We have no clear bag policy in effect. No storage or “check-in” area will be provided for such items.
The following items are NOT permitted inside the arena:
Outside Food or Beverages
Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
Laser pens or laser products
Projectiles (including Frisbees and beach balls)
Oversized Signs (larger than 2’x3’). Approved signs are subject to building approval and must not obstruct the view of the other guests
Skateboard, Skates (roller or in-line), Scooters, Hoverboards
Sticks, Poles, Selfie Sticks, or GoPro Sticks
Illegal Weapons (knives, guns, explosives or any items that can be construed as an illegal weapon)
Concealed carry is not permitted due to UNL regulations
Illegal substances of any kind
Fireworks or any other incendiary device
Any other item deemed unacceptable by the Stars management
No banners will be allowed in the arena. Signs no larger than a standard piece of poster board (2’ x 3’) are allowed provided they are in good taste, as deemed by arena management. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal or other types of objects for support. They must not be hung or fastened anywhere in the building or displayed in any way that obstructs another guest’s view or blocks any arena signage or markings.
The permitted use of cameras varies by event and is at the discretion of the promoter/producer. However, cameras with lenses longer than 6 inches, professional lenses, detachable lenses or detachable flashes are prohibited from the arena.
