How do I make a request for a donation?
The Lincoln Stars are committed to assisting charitable organizations throughout the Lincoln area whenever possible. All donation requests must be received on official organization letterhead. Requests should include event information including the name of the beneficiary, the date and the location of the event and a contact name and phone number. All donation requests must be received in our office at least 30 days prior to the date of the event. Please include an address where a donation may be sent. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the Stars cannot guarantee that
all donation requests will be fulfilled.

How can I get player autographs?
The Stars host several appearance events throughout the season where all or some of the players are available to sign autographs. Check the "Promotions" page for dates, locations and times. Due to the high number of requests, the front office cannot accept items to be autographed.

How do I get my birthday or anniversary announced over the p.a. during a game?
A birthday announcement is included in the birthday party package we offer for kids. Contact 474-7827, ext. 11 for more information. If you purchase a group of 20 or more, your group will be announced during the game. Some groups choose to take this opportunity to announce birthday wishes to someone in their party. Due to the high volume of requests, at this point, these are the only ways to have a birthday announced during a game.

What is the policy on children's tickets?
Children 2 years and under do not need a ticket. You can bring them in with out buying a ticket, but they must sit on your lap.

Is there an ATM at the Ice Box?
For your convenience, an ATM is located in the south lobby of the Ice Box.

How can I sign up to sing the National Anthem at the game?
All singers must try out for our p.a. announcer, Craig Estudillo. He can be reached at 488-3152.

How do I request a player appearance at my event?
Player appearances are scheduled through the front office and are generally reserved for charitable or non-profit organizations and corporate sponsor events. To request an appearance, please contact the Stars office at 474-7827.

What are the hours of operation?

Front Office
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Ticket Office
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Ticket Office Hours: On game day, the ticket office opens 1 hour before the game begins.

Admission is $6.00. Skates can be rented for $2.00
